Develop a More Consistent Swing Plane

The Poly-Glide Plane Rail

The TrueGroove Junior features the same innovative Poly-Glide Plane Rail found on our standard trainer.

The smooth, continuous rail provides immediate physical feedback, helping golfers recognize and repeat the proper swing plane.

Unlike training devices that require specialized clubs or heavy rollers, TrueGroove allows golfers to practice with their own equipment.

The fully adjustable rail accommodates different swing plane angles, clubs and individual swing characteristics.

Junior Trainer Dimensions

• Rail Height: 74 inches (Standard Trainer Is 78.5")
• Rail Width: 62 inches (Standard Trainer is 72")
• Swing Plane: Fully adjustable

Improve Posture and Reduce Early Extension

The TrueGroove Power Bar

Maintaining proper posture throughout the golf swing is essential for consistent ball striking.

The TrueGroove Power Bar provides immediate feedback when a golfer loses posture or moves toward the ball during the swing.

This helps players recognize early extension and develop better body positioning, balance and rotation.

Combined with the Poly-Glide Plane Rail, the Power Bar helps golfers work on two important fundamentals: swing plane and posture.

Practice With Your Own Clubs

TrueGroove Junior allows golfers to practice with the clubs they actually play.

There's no need for special training clubs, heavy rollers or complicated attachments.

The adjustable swing plane accommodates different clubs, making TrueGroove a versatile training system for golfers developing their skills.

Designed for Juniors AND Shorter Adults

Although it's called the TrueGroove Junior, this trainer isn't just for kids!

Its compact dimensions make it an excellent option for shorter adults who want the benefits of TrueGroove in a size better suited to their height.

The Junior is ideal for:

• Young golfers learning proper fundamentals
• Competitive juniors refining their swing mechanics
• Shorter adult golfers
• Parents investing in their child's golf development
• Golf instructors and junior golf academies
• Youth golf programs and teaching facilities

Recommended for players 5'2" and shorter. This is a general guideline rather than an absolute height requirement. Contact us if you have questions about which model is right for you.

Practice Indoors or Outdoors

Like our standard trainer, TrueGroove Junior is designed for convenient practice indoors or outdoors.

Its durable, weather-resistant construction makes it suitable for use at home, on the practice range or at a teaching facility.

Regular, focused practice helps golfers develop greater awareness of their swing mechanics and reinforce more consistent movement patterns.
