3. Products, Pricing, and Content

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate and current, but mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, or change product details at any time without notice.

This website and its content are provided as is. Outside of the product warranty described in Section 6, we don’t make any other guarantees about the site or its content.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you’re making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payment is required before your order ships.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary by destination and method. While we aim to get your order to you quickly, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is with the shipping carrier, TrueGroove isn’t responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Warranties and Returns

If your TrueGroove Swing Trainer arrives damaged or is found to be defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

All returns must be shipped in the original TrueGroove packaging and include all original components, parts, accessories, and materials, including any promotional or bonus items received with your order. Returns that are incomplete or missing items may be refused or subject to a partial refund. All returned items must be complete and in original condition, as determined upon inspection.

Coverage for damaged or defective products applies to defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Training results vary based on individual use and effort, and we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

7. Assumption of Risk and Product Use

The TrueGroove Swing Trainer is a golf training aid intended for use by individuals in good physical condition. As with any physical training equipment, use of the product carries inherent risk of injury. By purchasing and using the product, you agree to follow the included instructions and to use the product responsibly. TrueGroove is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or improper setup.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a pre-existing injury or medical condition, consult a physician before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and the TrueGroove name and logo, belongs to TrueGroove and may not be used without our permission.
