TrueGroove offers free shipping to the Lower 48 United States on the TrueGroove Swing Trainer. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

6. Warranties and Returns

We stand behind every TrueGroove purchase. If your TrueGroove Swing Trainer arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly for a replacement or refund. For other concerns, contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss options.

Returns are subject to the requirements and exclusions outlined in our Return Policy.

Training results vary based on individual use and effort, and we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.
